Communication could have been a bit better, but turned out fine. I was expecting an hour of cleaning with a team of 2 and only 1 guy showed up. It wasn't a big deal but I didn't know about it and assumed he would only work an hour, which wasn't enough time for the job for 1 person. I appreciate them getting the job done with no issues, I just wish I was informed so I knew what to expect. Staff were all great and quickly clarified my concerns.

I appreciate the consideration, the professional manner, and the attention to details. Plus they ladies really do care.

I don 't like doing this surveys all the time. My opinion doesn't change from week to week. If something is wrong, I will let you know.

The front door coat and shoe cupboard wasn’t cleaned the first day here. Please wash the tiles then put the shoes back. Please spray the kitchen cupboard area if fruit flies are around. Last time I had a clean the flies were on the ceiling, and even up in the master bedroom and bathroom.
My next clean is Friday 13th.

Supervisor made a list of specific requests, which were followed in detail. Specific instructions concerning the way I wanted the bed made up were executed exactly and without questions or problems. No excuses were offered and no explanations of how other customers liked tasks done. It was all very low-keyed and very efficient. All employees were friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended!

I love coming home to a clean home, that all happened magically while I was away at work for the day. That is always my favorite day!

the office staff is awesome; responsive, problem solvers, always helpful. The level of cleaning we have received is very inconsistent and highly dependent on who is doing it. Our most recent experience has been disappointing despite attempts at reminders and resolution.

Prompt, thorough, professional and cheerful. Always willing to attend to special requests. Good to have same team over time. Nice to get to know the folks who clean my house and thank them personally for the help with things I can’t do. Also office staff is always friendly and accommodating to the ocassional schedule changes.

No disappointment at all - the two workers did an outstanding job if someone asked me who did the work I would gladly share but I wouldn't start the conversation.

They are prompt, polite, and always follow the weekly plan and do excellent cleaning.

I am a physician who is on call this week. Michael says one person a new person came and told him he did not have time to finish the job. Michael told me that the dusting on the bedroom wasn’t done so I did that. Then I noticed that the copper wasn’t dusted and I haven’t gotten around to do that. He called The office to tell them this and was told that somehow they’ll be something that happens. There was no concrete answer for what would happen. When I finally got off call tonight I was looking at the floor I realized it was never washed or if it was it was done in appropriately because it’s filthy. Now, post call exhausted I either have to put up with a filthy floor or I’m going to have to clean it.Just for the first time that something like this happened that would be one thing. I’m not questioning whether you actually want our business.

House was empty, ready to hand over to new buyer with just vacuum, dust and general cleaning. Areas of dusting missed, counters left dirty. Easy cleaning job way too expensive for the way it was left.
