I really like that everything is clean at one time. And it smells clean, not artificial.
The team remembers my preferences. They call ahead if they are going to be late and if they can make it earlier, to see if that's convenient. When we cannot be out of the house, they adjust to accommodate us.
The products they use are not highly scented. Our shower is made of material that has specific approved cleaning agents to maintain the warranty. The crew made note of that when we had it installed and make sure to use the correct product. The same for our glasstop stove.
All of the staff are pleasant and helpful. The office staff are good about scheduling our service after noon to accommodate my husband's preferences.
Wonderful girls ! Like that you charge my credit card and I dont have to fumble to write a check. Love the rotation of rooms that get cleaned each time. Very professional always.

Very professional from the time I made the phone call. Danielle was prompt, clear and friendly during the home consult. Team showed up on time and worked the full time slated for the initial cleaning. The team was also very friendly and professional. AND the house was spotless upon completion!! I absolutely will refer Merry Maids to others!

On a separate note, would appreciate more attention to the corners where the bathtubs meet the walls. When I asked her for feedback, that was the ONLY thing she could think of. She loves Merry Maids.
We have MM come into my father-in-laws house once a month. He is 88 and cannot do any cleaning. It's nice to know that he is getting his house cleaned by a reputable company. Someone licensed and bonded. He used to have a friend come in and we were concerned that if that person fell, he would be liable. This way with MM, we have a fine crew cleaning and we don't worry about him being taken advantage of in any way. (which was a concern with the prior person)
Merry Maids is a wonderful company. And they were willing to work with us to get him going originally. My father-in-law has on-set dementia, and he was resistant at first about having anyone come into his home. MM worked with us in changing up schedules, etc., until everyone was happy.
Votive lights in kitchen did not get dusted, other than that they were SPECTACULAR!
I love how clean my home smells when the team has finished. My kitchen sparkles and shines.

Workers worked hard but at $50 per hour ($100,000.00/year), I expected a lot more would get done.
I also made a BIG mistake in thinking "go over" meant cleaning, as with water or cleaning liquid. I didn't know it meant dust.
My mistake and one I will not make again.

Natural cleaners and trustworthy workers
It didn't smell like chemicals they did a good job and they were Timely
Inconsistent results. Never seem to provide the same level of service. Constantly changing cleaners who do not appear to carry over learning. Constantly have to remind cleaners to not just wipe around objects and to remember to vacuum under and at edges. Vacuuming results not as good as my Dyson.

They arrive on time and do a though job, the products used are very good, no complaints.
We were disappointed in the level of clean of our sons condo. For $230 for 2 hours I expected bathroom to sparkle and under couch to be vacuumed. Our son has not returned to condo and we are in process of emptying unit to rent and will have to clean again.

Price was very high, floors were not well washed.

I like the girls who come - I like that you charge my credit card so that I dont have to pay each time by check and I like that the girls are in and out in 2 hours!
Environmentally sensitive, no bad smells, long-lasting.
The cleaning was fine. I was surprised that I was not sent an invoice. Rather, my credit card, which I had thought was simply put on file to "hold" the order, was billed. When I gave my credit card info, I was under the impression that it was not going to be charged. The payment for the cleaning was meant to come from a different account. I feel like it should have been made more clear at the beginning that I should give the billing info for the account that would be used to pay for the cleaning.

mind the details. For example, I redid the main living space floor after our last cleaning as I could see dog paw prints on the wood.
Unfortunately I was cancelled on the scheduled day of service for a cleaning. The property was being listed and pictures were scheduled for that afternoon. This caused a rescheduling of the pictures and so the listing date was delayed for several days.
