The service was good, not great. Quite a few spots missed dusting. Windows and mirrors were not cleaned. Staff was friendly and did fine everywhere else though. Felt a bit rushed (Service was scheduled on a Friday evening so that may be my fault).
The cleaning is pretty good, but it is not deep down. Cobwebs left behind, dusting done around objects isn't always thorough, occasionally it looks like corners haven't been vacuumed. I haven't complained because it is still better than I am able to keep up and do myself; but for the price paid, I'd expect a pretty intense cleaning each time.
Be on time, not 30-45 minutes late. Tell your clients that the maids must clean the bathroom and kitchen before doing anything else. All I wanted was for them to vacuum the house and clean one empty room. They said we can't do that until the kitchen and bathroom are clean. I was not told this. I'd much rather tell someone what I need and have them do it for me -- since I'm paying $200 -- than tell them what I need and have them do something else. Seems to be pretty straightforward. I was also told three people were coming and two showed up.
I like the friendly staff. I also like whatever products they use. My house always looks good when done.
The consultation was very helpful and allowed me to itemize focus areas and customize the plan for our house. Flexible scheduling also makes it very convenient. Thanks!

Everything was just fine. I appreciated their not using strong smelling cleaners, no vinegar or bleach odors left over. And the girls, Rebecca and Hanna, were very sweet.

Staff is on time, thorough and only natural cleaning agents are used
the details could be improved, ie, the cleaning is mostly surface cleaning and something is often missed. For example, the window sills may be dusty after a cleaning service and its reasonable to expect all flat surfaces to be dusted/wiped down; or you will be able to see the dust on the baseboards after the floor was cleaned...its in the details.
Teach these young women to focus on the work they are doing so that it is done THOROUGHLY and stress the importance of following the printed instructions.

lead cleaner not present which made a difference in lack of communication, ladies did not ask for input, yhe veteran worker always communicated, this detracted from overall performance, more amateur
I love coming home to a clean home, and Merry Maids allows me to death that.

The initial cleaning was perfect and I was very happy I had selected Merry Maids as my cleaning service. The second cleaning, done this week on June 21 was terrible. The bathrooms were barely touched, this means the stools, shower, tub and floors were not cleaned at all, only the sinks were wiped out. Vacuuming was not thoroughly done. I had to call the supervisor who then returned with the cleaning team to complete the job. There was no explanation given. I am very unhappy. I was willing to live up to my end of the contract, however Merry Maid has not delivered the type of service promised. I am very disappointed, the more I think about it the more apprehensive I become on letting them back into my home. To make things right I would like to contacted by management to settle this.
I had a cleaning emergency and Merry Maids found a couple of people to come to my house on a Saturday. Great job!

The attention to detail and the hard work of the cleaners. My house looked great when they were done!
I like that the cleaning products are mostly environmentally friendly. Vinegar smells clean. Like how my fans get dusted every time, and rugs get vacuumed more often than I could do.
