Very pleased!
The products you used did not leave any toxic smell, just nice & clean. This is critical since I have respiratory issues. It was a nice surprise to see some of the little items cleaned, like blinds & appliances that have been missed in past my myself. It's nice to know now it's truly cleaned! Great job! Very much appreciated.
House smells/looks clean and the floors feel/looks clean as soon as I step in the house. The floors were never this shiny when I did them! I never, ever have to worry whether or not something was or was not done. I am truly grateful for all the hard work!!!

I called Merry Maids when my regular cleaner was gone for the week. Two women came out for two hours at $55/hour each. After they had gone my 13 year old son commented his bathroom looked dirtier than before. This was likely due to cleaning residue left all over the counter, fixtures, glass and mirror. Upon inspecting, this type of quality was consistent throughout the house. Corners were cut, residue and streaks were left and there was still obvious dirty areas. I had company coming for the weekend and ended up rushing around spending an additional hour cleaning up after them. While I was there, they also chatted often, paused and waited for the other to continue on. Unfortunately, with this type of work ethic and results for $55/hour, it is not only unlikely, but a guarantee I will not recommend Merry Maids or have them return to my home.

I noticed that the walls around the kitchen counters as well as dining areas are not being spot cleaned and in my daughters bedroom there are still paint water color marks for the last 3 weeks( walk in door to the rioght).Overall I notice that the floors are clean, the bathrooms are very clean. Things are looking good.
I was a little confused aout rotation items( although I realized later) that it was on the little card).I lefta message last week, but I have not received a call back, yet.
The office looks great when we come in on MOnday, Crystal is doing a great job!

Your survey requests are annoying. I'm assuming the cleaners did a good job but cannot say for sure as I am no longer residing in the residence that was cleaned. Good day.
Although the service is good, it is also expensive. A reduction in costs would make me recommend merry maids. Also the current person cleaning does a fantastic job. But it is not always the same person who cleans. Some of the cleaners in the past have not done as good a job.
You do a very thorough job -- things are really clean and shinny --more than I could do myself so your products and staff are really good
Complete the checklist provided and follow instructions. For the amount of money spent, we would have expected a little more attention to detail. We had to come through and re-write things down.
Team is responsive to special requests. This month Krystal cleaned a big mess off my rug and did a great job.
I gave you a pre dated check for $300 to cover three hours of work; it turned out the girls were here for 2 1/2 hours. The "check up" person and I discussed the cost adjustment that needed to be made. She called a person named Larry and I was told that a $50 refund check would be in the mail by the next day. After waiting a week I called your service yesterday, got a recording and left the above message. Mail just came today (Saturday) and no check and no return on the phone call. Are you a franchise? Who do I call next to discuss this with? This will not be "right" until you honor your agreement and send me my check.
My team knows just what I like, they leave everything in it's exact place when done, everything is very clean, and I'm super picky about that! They are always cheerful, prompt, and work very hard. They do an excellent job, so I can do my own work. Thank you, MM !
Thus was for a house sell. I didn't see the end result of the cleaning but the Buyers were very disappointed. We had to provide them with additional money at closing because they wanted it cleaned again by a different company.
Communication between workers and office. I guess more interplay with your workers.
Staff have been professional and efficient.
Missed vacuuming the edges in all rooms. Missed cleaning under one of the bathroom sinks. Other than that great job

I was surprised to see how expensive it was considering how little the maids are paid. I will find a cleaner myself and pay her a decent hourly rate in the future.

over priced for the service I receive. I have had to complain twice about the job done. I think that paying two people for one hour of work to clean 800sqft should be more then enough for a clean house.
The ladies are prompt and thorough and cheerful. I cannot speak to the quality of the products other than to say that I have never had a problem with any of the cleaning done using them.
Love how the women work to figure out the best solutions for my specific house (after working here a few months), like how they found a great solution for my floors.
Having a checklist where you check off what all was done each visit would be helpful. I think the customer should have some input on how they would like there house cleaned. For example, I like my carpets sprayed with Febreeze and then vacuumed. I am also unclear if Merry Maids is using my equipment and supplies. Those are the things I can think of off the top of my head.
High standard and quality guarantee.

For me, it would be trying to keep the same crew coming to my house. And using a toothbrush to clean around sink faucets.
