It is important to make a reservation as the lot fills up quickly. I like that it is the closest offsite parking lot. The free car wash is a big plus for me. Highly recommend Park n Fly.

The only different thing is at pick up from Oakland airport, there were many people waiting and not everyone could fit in the shuttle. It would have been nicer if there were more frequent shuttles for pick up from the airport.

Very efficient and affordable. Never had to wait for a shuttle at either point.

Please take a way the tip jars. In Cleveland, When you would get dropped off at the departures level or picked up right outside of arrivals, it made sense to tip. But now you walk further arriving and departing, sometimes much farther. IE if you are dropped off arrving at the airport and have to walk to Concourse C, Gate 23 this is a far walk. Please do away with tipping, sometimes they write the wrong numbers on tickets also.

If during the day the drop off and pick up is very fast.

Using bar code to scan in and scan out is very convenient. Also the friendly shuttle drivers.

I like how quickly someone comes to your car to pick you up, and when we came outside the airport there was a full bus leaving and another one right behind it to pick more people up. We didn't wait at all.

I love the location, convenience in parking at covered or uncovered, the opportunity to use coupons, and the free car wash available to customers. The staff and shuttle operators are great!
