We need to work on the shuttle pickup time. The park and fly shuttles run at a acceptable cadence however the plus shuttles are always delayed.

Easy to get to and timely transportation to and from airport.

The drivers at the 47th street facility are prompt and courteous and helpful. We never have to wait long to be shuttled to the airport or back to our car.

Unfortunately, on our last trip your regular lot was full and we got shunted to a lot on 5100 Cicero. The service there was terrible and we waited almost an hour to be picked up from the airport.

Convenient on-line reservation system. Easy entry/exit. Frequent shuttles

Convenient to book reservation online. Like the covered parking. Wait time to be picked up is minimal. Shuttles are clean. Staff is friendly and help with bags.

A couple of suggestions: 1) The radio is sometimes a little load and once in a while I think the staff (not the driver) forgets that customers can hear them. Not a good thing when staff are joking or responding with anger. Note that this doesn't happen very often, but I would appreciate a little more professionalism and a lowering of the volume. 2) I do get uncomfortable with how fast the drivers seem to drive. I appreciate getting to the airport expeditiously, but sometimes the speed is excessive.
