Lots of staff onsite to help when needed. The scanner at the entrance was having trouble and the barrier would not go up until the QR code could be scanned but one of the employees got something from the office and the barrier opened. At 6:30 am while it's still dark out being stuck at a non-working gate would not have been fun so I was glad for the staff present.

I love that the shuttle picks up and drops off at your car and that it is very frequent.

Park n' Fly made airport parking a breeze. It was very nice to be picked up and dropped off directly at my car. I did not have to wait long at all upon arrival back at the airport for a shuttle which was very nice after a long day of travel.

Your bus service is good. It can be better because I had to wait several minutes until a bus came to pick me up on some occasions. Also, I am a Platinum member. This past Sunday when I picked up my car, my left rear tire was flat. This tells me that your employee drove over an object that punctured the tire and I was provided no assistance from Park N Fly. I parked my car on Friday October 20th. I had to go to Quik Lube for some air and make it to tire facility before for repair. The reason I am upset is because the attendant constantly mention that he did not run over anything. I said how could this be when I drop my car off at the Valet area on Friday.
You need to make sure that the parking lot is free of any objects that can puncture the customer's tire.
