Everything! The staff told us where to park, super quick pick up at our car, quick drive to the airport. Coming back the same: shuttle there to pick us up, dropped us off right at our spot. Both drivers very friendly and offered to assist with luggage. Glad to see that (so far) the sale to the Parking Spot has not degraded the stellar service we are used to with PNF. We hope this continues!

Really impressed with the Service. Parking and Retrieving car from this facility was very smooth.
Airport Pickup and Drop-off service was also very fast and comfortable.

Drivers are always so helpful, arrive quickly to where I'm parked and get me safely to and from the airport. I've been using Park 'N Fly (now the Parking Spot) for at least 20 years and never have had a bad experience.

Everything! It was so easy to use. The employees were friendly and helpful. The entire process was seamless. From the code to scan that you sent the day before to having our car ready for pick up... It sure was a great way to end the trip!

Convenient, but it was more convenient before parking spot as you didn't have to go to the cashier window if you prepaid. It's also more difficult to edit flight time changes online.
