Usually, the bus is right by your car to pick you up when you arrive. This time, the driver did not know we were there so we waited about 15-20 minutes. My husband walked over to where the bus was parked to ask if he was going to pick us up. Then, he can right away.
I know they were purchased by another company so we hope this is not the level of service the new company delivers. We will try one more time to see if that was just an odd situation.
