Other feedback - the transition to parking spot seems inconsistent and frustrating. As customer I am dismayed by the significant price increases without any notice. I have been a loyal business member for more than decade and this transition is lacking clear communication and a big monetary increase

Easy to reserve a parking space, scan reservation on entry and exit, and drivers pick you up immediately and take care of luggage.
Extremely easy to use. The shuttle bus was at the facility immediately to take us to the airport. And once we landed, we only had to wait a minute or two to be taken back to our car.
