Very smooth drop off/on and having my car available immediately upon my return. I’m always skeptical when I hand off to valet parking but this was unnecessary with P&F. My car was a little dusty but that was my only complaint! Great job and I’ll use them again when I fly out of MIA!

Staff and drivers are always very friendly and helpful. I like the location being so close to Midway Airport, easy to get to and depart from. One concern: I had paid for covered parking and had to park uncovered due to construction on the covered building. I did not get a refund for the difference.
