Fast and friendly, never have to wait for bus
I like how the shuttle picks us up at the car and drops us back at the car. The app is easy to use and can call for a pick up. Only had a problem when scanning to exit the lot and a attendant was right there to help us.

good experience all around
Always quick to pick us up at our car to get us to the airport. This is the first time there was a van was waiting for us at the airport to bring us back to our car. It was wonderful!
Great and fast service to and from airport
The female bus driver on the way to the airport never left her seat. Did not help with luggage. Complete opposite experience in the way back. The male driver at the airport was amazing, far exceeded expectations.

Ease of in and out use, ease of reserving and pre purchasing parking. I wish shuttles were more frequent, they are often over packed. Also the walk to the new pickup/dropoff location is very far. I know this may be out of your control but anything you can do to improve it would be appreciated

Last shuttle driver we had was kind of a jerk & stacked suitcases so when he turned a corner one of our bags flew off & slammed onto the floor causing breakable to break.
Reliable. Drivers are helpful when you have 4 pieces of luggage. Better yet, they help to load them into our vehicle. (We always tip generously of course.) But not the chick driver. She was basically full but she wanted us to come on her ride anyway. It appeared that she was NOT going to help us with luggage, so we declined and rode with the other bus that had just showed up. Good decision on our part
