The only bad part was, I didn't get a phone QR code sent to my phone, so I couldn't get in. An attendant came to help me. He got me in and told me what I would have to do when leaving. The people were great and I felt very well catered to.

My only comment is that in the past your driver grabbed my suitcases and got them on and off the bus. This trip the guy showed little interest in helping until he saw I was struggling. He should be replaced!

I was very impressed by the ease and efficiency of Park N Fly - everything was top notch. Tge only thing is the pricing - it is less expensive down the street. I used to park at Expresso Airport Parking but they closed in January and now has reopened as Express Park Fly with same or similar low rates. So, I'll probably go back to that location.

we were gone 17 days came back late because of delays and thought our driver window had been broken. NOPE -- I had left it down (moron) After 2 1/2 weeks wide open car and nothing missing !!! Now that is safe and I am telling everyone :)

There is no one to talk to at the headquarters when making reservations or after the reservations are made.

I booked online and the process could not have been easier! We parked, a shuttle picked us up at our vehicle and took us right to the airport. When we returned I used the app and a shuttle came within minutes of notification and delivered us right back to our vehicle. Super simple and great service!!
