I've seen improvement in the amount of shuttle times. In the past I've waited over 30 minutes, but now it's much better. Driver's are friendly and I feel like my car is safe

Driver safety gets an A+. On 10/22 we were on a shuttle that was almost t-boned in your parking lot by a car going very fast. Thanks to your driver slamming on the brakes, the accident was avoided. We all ended up on the floor, but that beat the alternative. Your driver also took the time to ask whether anyone was injured before letting us off the shuttle.

This is just the second time I have used your service. I used the "Valet" option. Everything was easy peasy. Got off the plane, within minutes the van picked us up. Got to the parking lot and my car was there waiting for me. All of your staff that we encountered were friendly. Will use you guys again.

Reserved online. Picked up right at our car. Given a card with our parking stall on it. During our trip received a text with a reminder about how to request a pickup from the airport. All you had to do was text the pickup request. Dropped off right at our car. What service!

First time using P&F. Everything went very smoothly. Looks like a well oiled machine! Shuttle wait times were less than 2 minutes each way. Guys were friendly & courteous.
