I like that it is convenient and picks you up right at your car and drops you back off at the car. The waiting period is not long at all either.

I loved everything except the directions on how to get to the shuttle pick up from the airport. It is not clear and very frustrating

Easy easy easy. Made the reservation online and chose to use the valet option so I was able to have someone else pick up my car.

So easy! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Buses are quick and speedy (never wait for more than 10 mins at airport pickup) and usually like less than 1 min at the parking lot. Scheduling via online super easy. I LOVE Park n Fly

I absolutely hate flying out of MIA but I have been doing so more regularly only and I mean absolutely the single deciding factor is because of Park’n Fly. The staff is always wonderful, the drivers are always pleasant and super helpful, so is the staff when I first arrive. The shuttles are dependable and my car is kept cool and safe from burglars, no scratches. Its a peace of mind that makes it work it to endure the stress of MIA. I wish you would bring back service to FLL which is inly 15/20 mins from me versus the 1 hour drive to MIA. Also I have been rebooking ParknFly because of Amex Offers.

I discovered that I left my phone in our car when we arrived at the terminal and our driver quickly drove us back to our car and then directly back to the terminal. That was service above and beyond!
