In particular, I would like to very highly commend your employee Mr Richard A. for his utmost kindness, empathy, thoughtfulness and assistance by going really out of his way to help me self-park my vehicle and picking me up from where I parked my car to ensure that I did not miss my flight. He also helped me with my luggage on and off the bus.

I like how the staff is ready when we arrive and give us the closest parking spot upon arrival. I also appreciate how you have someone already at the airport even before I send the “come get me” text. Thank you for the great service!

All the staff was amazing. Our battery died and they provided a jump. They waited for and was patient with us since we were a large group with a small child. Bathrooms were clean and the office smelled really nice!

Convenience and text messaging service for pick up

drop off and pick up were easy. We arrived from our trip at 11:30 PM pick up was not a long wait. I can not remember our drivers name. I will say he was friendly and helpful.
