PS: when reserving/ completing payment online, one must estimate time getting in and time getting out. In My recent experience, i arrived earlier than what i had estimated, yet there was no adjustment in the fee I paid. I would suggest making this process more transparent for the sake of understanding what it is we are paying for

Like the new location for pick-ups at the airport. Everyone is very pleasant. Short wait for bus on either end.
I have always given high scores but I had an experience the other day that was not good. This past week I was riding to the south terminal and I stood up a few moments early as the driver was pulling into the slot. Instead of telling me to sit down, he just slammed on the brakes and threw me forward. Then proceeded to lecture me about how wasn’t supposed to be standing. It was nothing in the way, and there was no one that caused him to slam on the brakes. I understand I was in the wrong, but his action could’ve hurt me and others.
Shuttles service is fast and friendly. I love the outdoor valet parking service.
