I really like your services & always get the valet parking because I like the help with my luggage.
However on return trip from airport to parking always have to wait a long time for the shuttle. Also, there is no difference in the shuttles for valet or non-valet.
And pre much every time I have to ask for help with my luggage. thank you for making this option available.

Easy registration and I found the parking easy to get to. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When I arrived back at the airport I had a text with instructions on how to get to the shutte to go back to my car. Everthing from booking, dropping off my car, shuttle to airport, shuttle back to my car was great. I definitely would use this service again in the future.

Conveniently located near the airport. The shuttles are in good shape. Shuttles are always there when you need them. The drivers are very helpful.

Everyone was very helpful. QUick and easy. Drop to airport and pickup from airport was readily available. A sign in the airport specifically to Park and fly would have been nice.

Excellent service. The drivers were extremely helpful and polite. Very quick trips to and from the terminal. The driver even helped me with exiting when my QR code wasn’t working.

I felt safe. I needed and received help with my luggage. Check-out for my first time was easy to figure out and fast once I understood what to do. I have lost my car two times in Airport parking garages, I don't need to worry about that with this service, as long as I keep the card I was given by the bus drivers. I love this location for Park N Fly Plus. EVERYONE who has answered the phone (before I left, while I was gone and needed to stay longer and when I landed at return) was Patient with me and knowledgeable. I got a great value for the $172 charge.
