I like the service. but this time I had to park in row 17 and I am a Preferred Parker; accommodations should be made for Preferred parkers when the preferred rows are full ( I had reservations)

Very easy to get to. Very prompt at picking up. Never any problems. Bus drivers are so friendly and helpful. Even loaded my luggage into my car, which I greatly appreciated after 13+ hours of travel. Highly recommend.
