I parked at the PARK N FLY PLUS this past Saturday to Monday. I had an issue with setting up the reservation on the app before I parked my car. Once I returned on Monday, employee Pat was very helpful getting my reservation issue resolved as I was checking out. She was courteous and did what she could to help me. Through her assistance I was able to get through to customer service and get my issue resolved. Thanks for having so a great employee at the check out window!

The ease of booking and getting to the site. This last visit we were not even in the parking lot 10 minutes and a shuttle was there to pick us up, loaded are bags and always kind and greeted with a smile. Highly recommend for any long term parking.
