I enjoy the covered parking and good amount of shuttles running between the lot and the airport terminal.
My only gripe is that whenever I go to park, I first let the employees at the entrance know that I am headed to cover parking, and they always acknowledge that they’ll send a shuttle. But somehow the instructions to the shuttles get lost because I always have to walk to the gate of the covered lot and call the front office on the intercom to send a shuttle. I’ll end up waiting for 15 minutes by my car inside while I can hear and see shuttles going around the parking lot and right past the covered structure, but bypassing. So I have to go call for a shuttle. This happens at least half the time I park there. Otherwise, I enjoy the overall service.
