Very Friendly Drivers. I rarely wait more than a couple minutes either coming or going. I wish you still had the preferred parking area for frequent parkers. I found that to be a very nice benefit in the past.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. I love the valet option. I usually have a problem getting my bag onto the shuttle bus but the driver is always so helpful. Even when I fly early or late, I never have to wait long for the shuttle. It is the fastest and safest way for me to get to my vehicle.

Prompt pick up at my car

Service was great. No self park when arrived, too full and was upgraded to valet parking. Upon pick up my vehicle had to be jump due to dead battery. Vehicle was there for 5 days and the vehicle was moved and staged 1 day before pick up. As soon as they brought up the car I found the drivers map light on which caused my battery to go dead. Drove car home, been 2 days and the vehicle started fine. This is one of the reason I would prefer self park. Thanks to the employee who jumped my car. My only frustration was my battery was dead and depleted which shortens the life of the battery, and the delay. Park N Fly has always been great and will still continue to park at Park N Fly. Thank you

Super friendly people work here, they were all just amazingly helpful! There is a little confusion in trying to exit, I had a QR code and tried using my card and neither were scanning and the unit didn't take my card so I had to go find someone to help let me out. I think you should just have a code texted to people so they can exit, it would create less confusion. Overall, it was a great experience, I'll be back.
