Never have to wait long for shuttles

One of the wonderful attendants help me cancel the SFO reservation I had at the same time as my OAK reservation. She made my morning a joy! I'll keep coming back for sure!

You need to serve the international terminal

I was unable to find my code and had to try the credit card. The machine wouldn’t scan my card so the woman in the exit building inside the ramp was extremely helpful! She could see we were tired from our long trip and offered us cold water on the hot day. Thank you for such a kind employee.

First time I used this service and it was fantastic. Shuttle took me to Midway as soon as I parked. Shuttle was there at Midway to pick me up as soon as I contacted them to tell them I had my luggage.

drop off and pick up are great.
At times, waiting for the shuttle at SFO to bring me back to the park n fly parking lot is a long wait. Park n fly appears to have the fewest vans compared to the other parking lots

(1) ability to reserve ahead online
(2) indoor parking available
(3) reasonable cost
(4) after I had a medical emergency that prevented me from retrieving and/or driving my car, the local folks were very accommodating in working with me in allowing my relatives to drive onto the lot so we could pick up my car.

Very easy to use, although pickup can be frustrating.

It was easy to reserve online and customer service was super friendly. We had to wait a bit for the shuttle, but they were nice. The free car wash was a nice touch.

Everything! Quick drop off, no hassle making a reservation, Fairly quick pick-up and we were where you told us to be, but the driver wanted us to come to him -further down-we didn’t-had 7 bag!
