I paid for a second box of chips and never received them. My online order somehow made it to where my dry rub was put in a cup on the side and that is not what I wanted

When asking for saucy and paying the extra charge, please make sure wings are saucy. I always order to.go and my last saucy wings were dry. Carrots & celery should automatically be included with wings.
Take out order was prompt and complete. The food was great!
I would like to see some healthy options on the menu. Grilled or Smoked wings would be great!

My wings and fries were cold,normally it's great ,this was the first time we went a lunch time.
That salad was the best! I had stop coming because they were always out of the Cobb salad or it was just thrown in the box. It was everything!
Food is always great. Service at bar was fabulous.
All of the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. We did go during a week day mid afternoon so it was not necessarily an expected busy time. It was still nice to be greeted by and waited on by courteous polite staff.

Burlington store has the most inadequate general manager I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She is not willing to do her job and work with the customers, especially ones she does not like. I visisted today and had to listen to her yelling at a customer and blaming that person for their (ECW) rewards system for not working. I think she is there because she is a warm body and staff is hard to find now days. Hopefully management will correct this. I have been a regular there for years but today is the last time I will set foot in that loction as long as she is the general manager.
I accidentally ordered boneless online when I meant to order bone-in, and even though they'd already made the order by the time I called, they offered to remake it for me, no questions asked! I LOVE their blue cheese. The wings are really big and I prefer flats over drums, and even though I didn't specify that in my last order of 15, I lucked up and got 12 flats!!!
