Fast, user-friendly online ordering.
The bartender was nice, but she was so busy. Food was good and good portions.
Be more consistent with wings on Monday specials. Sometimes, they seem much small than the ones purchased on non-special days. So not sure how much of a deal it is.
Great service from the bar tender!
Bone in wings were great. None of us liked the boneless wings....way too much coating on the chicken. However, the Denver store was excellent.....fast, courteous, easy to deal with. I'll be back for the bone-in wings...but no more boneless for me.
Nelly is the best waitress ever she is so good that she literally remembers my regular drink and order !

Horrible service. The table beside us sat after us, got drinks and appetizer before we could order. Very disappointed. The sauces we ordered were also wrong, and never got the celery we asked for but was charged for extra celery. We had to ask table beside us server for napkins. The only time our server came to us with any attention is when she gave us check. Manager apologized to the table beside us for their wait and got their drink refills. I've been to alot of ECW, this one was the worst. Positive, wings were delicious and cooked crispy, and had excess sauce, as all wings should have.

The food in Hickory NC is always good. Wait staff( especially the bar tenders) are super nice.

The quality of the meal was off. I ordered 2 bone in wing special. The chips were under cooked and some of the wings were not the best. They had broken bones and were over cooked.

I ordered two orders of Nachos in which I should have received 2 cups of chicken per order as I have ordered the Nachos several times before. An email was sent on Sunday through your contact us on the App.
