Staff are professional and friendly. They are knowledgeable about insects & rodents. They answer all my questions in detail.
The technician is usually on time within 10-15 minutes of our appt. Between visits, if I begin to have problems, he will come back for an additional spray. Very polite & pleasant to work with. I am reminded by an email to schedule my quarterly services when it is time. No problems with my services.
