We love Frankie, the technician who comes every 3 months. He always answers all my questions and explains what he is doing if out of the ordinary routine. Price seems fair and everyone in office is helpful if I call with request for extra service for problem that develops out of the blue.

Everyone connected to the company has always been pleasant and knowledgeable. When I have a "bug" issue between service times, the company responds promptly and my problem is taken care of. (I don't often have such an issue, but it has happened.)
Mark is great. He has been doing our house since we moved here. Never have to worry about when anything is due he will remind us and they work around our schedule.
All the technicians who have provided service to our house are extremely professional and kind and willing to answer any questions we have.
The scheduling is still confusing to me but when I call, usually Charlotte answers, and is extremely helpful and explains what appointment needs to be made. It's just a bit hard to track inspections, bait stations for rodents and termites and quarterly. So, it is helpful to have patient people.

I especially like that I am able to schedule my quarterly appointments and that he is always punctual. Seeing and dealing with the same people year over year has given me confidence in the company and their service.

My Arrow technician is very thorough and knowledgeable.
So glad someone answered the phone instead of having to go through some AI messaging to get to a live person. The scheduling for both the maintenance pest control and the termite inspection was easy and fast. It's nice to get service quickly than waiting weeks out. The techs that came to the house were both prompt and professional and I'm glad I called Arrow.
