High degree of courtesy and professionalism from everyone that we’ve encountered at Arrow . our technician took the time to listen carefully to our questions and concerns ( health related , enviornmental impact , etc ) and explained things in a confident and understandable way . Since we’re new customers and the first service has basically just been recently provided , it’s simply too soon to give a 10 star rating .

I used Arrow for 8 years in Alabama and called when I moved to Chattanooga because I always got the best of care. The tech was thorough here, but in the future shoe coverings would be great. I had to clean a new rug after he left. My techs in AL always put on shoe coverings to protect my floors.

Consistency!...I'm always alerted a few days prior to the next service visit, and then contacted a few hours before on the day of the service. The resulting findings report is detailed and delivered almost immediately upon completion of the inspection.

Kraig is always on time, does an efficient and complete job, is available outside normal scheduled times if an issue comes up. He is also wonderfully friendly to my crazy exuberant dog who thinks Kraig is the best thing ever. I highly recommend him.
