Friendliness and thoroughness of the team members who installed the ground units and sprayed. I will have to Say that the gentleman who sprayed that I interacted with was phenomenal with detail, went above and beyond. He is a 5 star employee. I wasn’t home for the termite installation but my husband said he was very nice and thorough.
Curtis was great! He was on time and explained things well. I felt more educated and aware after he left and appreciated his detail and professionalism.
Timothy is the best! He takes care of my bigs and house. He always has a smile and even wears shoe covers. Thanks to him for being polite and caring for me as he does his job. The verdict is still out for the mosquito boxes. Not sure if they work as well as the spraying.

I recently had a mouse issue, he put something under the house to eradicate them, looked around the outside of the house and made some suggestions as to where he was seeing possible entry points and how to patch the small holes.
