I just wanted to compliment Nick and Josh!!! We had an issue with something chewing the wood under the deck. I called Monday and they came out the next day to take a look at the issue. They spent time checking the entire exterior of the outside of the home and treating for Carpenter Ants. They both were great and explained what needed to be done for the homeowners. The entire Arrow Staff has always been amazing, positive, helpful and we appreciate your attitudes. We are Superior Structures, Inc. and are home builders. We trust all of our new homes with Arrow Exterminators! They do a great job on each of our new home projects from Pre-treatment for Termites to Carpenter Bee & Ant Service and Monthly Services.
