Working around my schedule
We've been with Arrow for about a decade now. We have had one other service which was totally useless. Our service rep is Tom and he is the best. He is polite, respectful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and has a teaching spirit. I could go on and on. Tom has met my family and remembers details and talks to them like a friend. They love him too!
I have never had to deal with bugs(critters) inside my house. I had one episode of ants which cleared quickly with Tom's help. He has even treated my mailbox.
We also signed on for the termite control system. We have never had a problem with them, nor do I want one! We are very happy with the men who service the stations. We rarely see them as their work is all outside.
So, would I recommend Arrow? Absolutely! I have many times recommended them already. In fact, my daughter uses them and she's had several which she was not satisfied with. She loves Tom too but even more, she likes having no bugs!
