He's super friendly, teaches us about the bugs in our environment (but hopefully not in our house), and is incredibly responsive if we ever have issues or problems. He feels like a family friend almost as much as a service provider and we are so glad to have him!

The pest control is very effective even though we live next to Paynes Prairie. The only pests we see inside the house are either dead or dying. Thomas, our service technician, is very friendly and informative.
