Thorough, and exterminators are friendly. I hope the turnovers are temporary, as I like having the same person every 3 months, as they know my property and my needs. I also like when they dust the cobwebs off of the ceiling of my full front porch, as I am short.
Staff are always courteous, attentive to our needs and scheduling preferences. Technicians arrive promptly or are great about communicating with me if there are delays.
