I like the fact that I usually get a call from the local Arrow Exterminators office letting me know it is time for a pest control or termite control service, and asking what would be a good time for the technician to arrive. I always get a call from the technician on the date and at least 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time. Although there have has been a large turnover in technicians over the years, I can offer nothing buy highest accolades for the courtesy, manner and attention to detail of services provided.

Treatment is effective and technicians are always polite and friendly. They are conscientious about the outdoor cats, and do a good job cleaning off spiderwebs around the house and porch.
Personal relationship of what I like and don’t like, for instance I don’t like to see ants going across my garage when I pull up. And this was taken care of. I no longer see insects crawling outside my home. I’m very satisfied

We enjoy the visits from Brandon. He is the best. He comes every 3 months and our dog is always so happy to see him. We feel the same but we don’t jump all over him. Seriously, it is a good service and takes care of the bugs. Brandon really is super nice though.
