Communication is great! I am asked several days in advance of when service will be performed. As i have pets this works out very well. I am also advised what service(s) will be done. Any questions i may have are fully addressed. i am very satisfied, many years.
Eric came back by to spray inside the house even though I didn't think it needed to be done after he sprayed outside. The appearance of scorpions was a bit much, however! He assured me that bugs show up inside when they are trying to get away from the spray outside. He was very sweet to tell me that he understood my concern with spraying inside the house. He also explained how the mosquito service would work if I chose to use it this year as well.
