Thorough and courteous tech
I like their friendly communication, explaining what they do as with a written document. Including digital pictures of any damages noted. They also have time to answer my questions. Stafford was very helpful with the termite inspection and James was very thorough with pest control both inside and outside of the building. He even cleared the spider webs. First time ever a pest control company doing this. I switched to Arrow just because the one I was with didn’t tell me the truth or did not inspect the crawl space they way it should have been done. Thanks to Billie, Stafford and James.
Promises to come back for any reason if there is a problem. I called and let them know that our mosquito problem continues after the spray and they immediately scheduled a return visit. Very nice responsive. So far, very pleased!
