Please remind Danny to put on the blue booties before entering a home. There was mud on the entry floor which he wiped with paper towels but there was mud not wiped outside the door which I will have to wash.

Tim, who is our rep, does an absolute phenomenal job every time he visits. He always touches base to let me know he is on his way (which as a dog owner I appreciate because it gives me time to get the dog out and back in before he arrives). Tim is always sure to ask if I have noticed anything around OR inside the property/house and asks follow on questions if necessary. I have never once felt rushed while talking with him or asking my questions, nor have I felt foolish for asking any of my questions. I am always 100% confident in the service provided.
