Thorough process
Your service technician was very pleasant and asked about our past situation that we had earlier where he came out to take care of the problem. He asked if there were any other problems that we were having. He seemed to be concerned about any past issues are any current issues.

I've been using Arrow for 8+ years. They were the company used to clear my home for closing.
Appointments are easy, I get an email from my technician Samir and he sets it up. If I have a situation between scheduled appointments, he comes back out at out at no charge.
Samir and I have a great working relationship, and my dog just loves him.
Explains what he is going to do, and does it. Also answers any questions that I have.
From Mark in the front office all the way to the guys in the field like Joe, John, Dwayne and Phil, Hughes Exterminators offers us excellent, professional and friendly service. We particularly appreciate having our calls answered promptly, and service is timely and thorough. When we had a call-back for a pest infestation, Hughes was right there. We always count on their timely scheduling and really enjoy knowing that these guys have our back.
