Hughes Exterminators is offering great services. I work with them for a long time now and they are servicing several houses and I am completely satisfied. The only reason they do not get a 10 is that they are not available during weekends should there be an emergency.

You didn't disappoint me at all. The service has been great. The guys are awesome. They're personable, knowledgeable, present well, show up when they say they will, they appear in clean cut, tidy uniforms. They know their biz. And I've noticed a marked drop in insects/arachnids in my house since they've started treating my house. The problem is your survey entry question is dumb. I don't really talk to people about exterminators or recommend exterminators. So the honest answer to "how likely are you to recommend Arrow exterminators" is 0. It's not likely to happen at all. I left a 10 just in case someone's I mean, if someone asks me point blank, who do you use, I'll say arrow. But I don't have any loyalty. And the conversation would never go into "I recommend them" territory. Consumers don't think like that anymore. The "do you recommend" question comes from a time when boomers ruled the Earth and people lived in small towns where everybody knew each other and they actually had relationships with each other and things got done via handshake. That hasn't been the world we live in since the 1990s. Boomers like to pretend that the world is still the "aw shucks" 1950s America they grew up in where teenagers in knee socks and varsity jackets go on dates to the malt shop, but it isn't. It's become a post-modern, techno-dystopia due to their stingy selfishness and obliviousness. Now everything is digital and abstract and robotic and offshored. I didn't go to highschool in this town so I didn't grow up with the exterminators. I grew up in a different town. A robot drone could potentially strafe my house with pesticide and I wouldn't know the difference. If I find out some other company offers the same service for less, I'll probably move to them depending on how much of a PITA it is to move. It's like insurance. I don't care who does it, just as long as it gets done as inexpensively as possible. Our money isn't worth anything anymore so we all have to get the best deals we can to make the most of our monoopoly money. Hopefully this doesn't land the wrong way. I don't have any problem at all with Arrow's service or their people. I'm just trying to make ends meet and keep it all together with the 30+ small subscription payments I have to make every month just to keep up with a modern lifestyle. I don't have the time or the organizational wherewithal to treat my home myself, so I pay Arrow. There isn't any deeper relationship here. It's nothing personal and I wouldn't have even said anything but this is like the third email in a row where I've been pestered to leave a review so FFS, here I am leaving one. I get 1000 emails every month from every business I've ever given my email to, plus some I haven't. So keeping my inbox clean is a daily task.

Service techs are both friendly and timely to meet scheduled appointments. Their schedulers are accommodating to client changes in scheduling. Office personnel are also friendly and customer focused. Treatments for bugs have eradicated ant problems we previously had prior to using their service.
I have been with this company for years and in two separate homes. Their service is what sets them apart. Carlos is quite possibly the most pleasant and helpful person I’ve ever met and a true asset to Arrow, although I’ve never had a bad customer experience with any of their staff.
