Please contact me if you would like to discuss. One thing I noticed is that the company seems to be moving to text based appointment reminders whereas Jim always called me. The personal touch is highly appreciated, the text approach, while more common, is less friendly and causes some level of annoyance. Maybe give us customers a a chance to choose...

George is always on time, does a thorough job of spraying for pests and checking traps for rodents, respects our property both inside and outside. All-in-all, George is very professional and an asset to Arrow exterminators.
