I use their annual termite inspection and Sentricon system and a bimonthly pest control service. First let me say that I did business with the former owner (Five Star Pest Control) for 27 years, so I'm not a shop-around-for-deals guy. The services I use are competitively priced and work very well. All the employees I have met are courteous and professional.

In addition, I appreciate the termite bait system serviceman, Ira. He too is very thorough. I know that I can contact the office and get help when I see ants, bugs, etc. Everyone that I have spoken with at this office is professional and courteous.

Our tech is Robert Wallace, he is always very courteous and informative. Rob does his utmost to work with our scheduling, therefore we try to work with his. I believe that Rob gets to know his clients properties and pest control needs as the seasons change, and he is aggressive and persistent in attending to those issues.
