SECOND THE ATTITUDE OF THE SERVICE PERSON, THOROUGH, QUICK, BUT NOT TOO QUICK, KNOWLDGE OF JOB REQUIREMENTS, PEST AND TERMITE. LISTENS TO CUSTOMER REQUESTS, PRETRIP NOTICE AND JUST LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE A CUSTOMER FEEL AS IF HE IS IMPORTANT.
ONE THINNG I HAVE SPOKEN TO CHRISTA ABOUT IS SOME WEEKS BACK I STARTED RECEIVING NOTIFICATIONS FROM SEVERAL PERSONS, MALE AND FELMALE, PURPORTING THEY WERE FROM ARROW AND IT WAS TIME FOR MY SERVICE. I NOTIFIED CHRISTA CONCERNING THIS AS I WAS OF THE IMPRESSION I HAD ONE SERVICE PERSON. SHE SAID SHE WOULD SCHEDULE. I RECEIVED SERVICE RECENTLY AND ALL WENT WELL. I WAS PUZZLED WHY OTHER SERVICE PEOPLE WOULD BE CONTACTING ME. IT MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE THAT A SCAM MIGHT BE INVOLVED. CHRISTA IS WONDERFUL IN HER DUTY AND UNDERSTANDING
