From Daniel the salesman to the techs Dalton and Josh, and Gage and Mary in the office, everyone was on the same page. Daniel didn't try to up sale us, he listened to what our needs were, our concerns, questions and even got us a discount. Everyone was friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions before, during, and after the service. (And we asked a lot of questions). Dalton and Josh explained what they were going to be doing so that we understood exactly what was being done. Other companies were wanting to charge a lot more for the same service and same products and it seemed that they were just chasing the dollar not in it for the customers.
