Our technician (Shaun) is very thorough, treating all points of our house completely and wiping down any exterior webs. He is courteous, friendly, professional, and works closely with us to schedule all treatments. Living alongside the lake is an insect rich environment, we’ve had excellent results with Arrow managing any pests with regular quarterly treatments. Shaun always offers to return between scheduled visits if a problem occurs, although we haven’t had to take him up on his offer to date. The contacts I’ve had with the office personnel match the caliber I’ve had with the field technicians. I strongly recommend Arrow Exterminators for your pest control needs.
