Always responsive. Reps always call before a visit, or text. I have a few policies from the rentals, over the years. The customer service is always good. It seems like the company treats the employees well, as they all are professional (office staff and representatives.)

Consistently excellent service. Technicians are the best. Recalls (Ants) are never an issue. I’ve been living in Knoxville almost 20 years and Arrow has been my service since day one. I’ve only had two pest control techs. Alan then Justin. That speaks volumes for the company they work for. Keep up the good thing you folks have going!

I always get a phone call the day before service is scheduled asking if it's OK to treat our home the next day. We are "Snow Birds" and are not at our home all summer so it's especially helpful and appreciated that I am informed of the pending treatment. I get an email shortly after the service has been performed, telling me what was applied and what was discovered. This is an exterior treatment only but it's nice to know what is being done especially since we're not there.
From scheduling to the technician, Nelson, that came out, everything was so easy, simple and quick.
