Steve is great. Like everyone from Stark they explain what they are going to do and if there are any problems tells us how they can be fixed. Luckily the Stark team hasn’t found any problems because of their fine work from the beginning.

Bruce is a fantastic technician! He communicates well and is very thorough. He always asks if we're having any pest control issues that need to be addressed. He is very flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend Bruce and Stark. We've used them forever!

Juan is a great technician. He helped us completely get our bug problem under control. Hard to do during these hot, humid summers. He's always good at communicating when we can expect him and asks me if we're having any issues.

Michael is the best. Always eager to help and provide advice. I may notice a thing or two about pests in or out of the house and he helps me navigate solutions and just generally check up on us per quarter with our perimeter treatment. Our house is old and these treatments help us ensure we keep pests outside where they belong.

Easy scheduling when I called. Technician was very thorough and explained everything extremely well and seemed to take pride in his work. I did not care for a supervisor showing up immediately to only try and sell me another service at the start of my first treatment. That could have been handled differently.
