Years ago, when the exterminator we were using took on a new name, we remained with them and have not been disappointed. Arrow Exterminators is efficient and responsive to any "bug" problems that come up. The techs are personable and very competent. While it might not be possible to keep a NC home completely free of critters, Arrow comes very close to that goal and never hesitates to make a return visit should the need arise.
