They took the time to explain everything they were doing and helped me understand exactly what was causing the buzzing sound in my attic. We have been with Arrow for a lot of years and have been very happy with their service. We use 3 services: termite, pest control and mosquito. They have always kept everything under control. The service people are always very nice and trustworthy.
I still like the fact he comes on time and if he can come early he will call and ask permission before coming and always ask if there are any changes in pest control.
Excellent products and great communication and flexibility on scheduling.

Seth serviced my 90 year old mothers home. We are very careful of having any in her home when we are not present due to some people do not respect or protect the elderly. THAT was not the case with Seth. She specifically bragged on how respectful he was and that he did a great job. I highly recommend this young man & appreciate his kind nature to my mother.

We have been using Hughes for a number of years and have never been disappointed. The service tech ALWAYS calls to let me know what day and approximate time he will be at our home. The techs are always polite, professional and friendly. They always ask if we are having any problems, which is never because the Hughes ALWAYS does an A+ job. No complaints at all with Hughes. They are the best!!!!!!
