Hughes Exterminators has been my go-to exterminator since I moved to the Tampa area. The service I have gotten has been consistent, effective and reasonably priced. I have had the same employee for the roughly 6 years I have been a customer and he is friendly, flexible and knowledgeable.

We have loved using Arrow since we moved into our home in 2020. I cannot say enough good things about Kreg. He is always so responsive if we have problems, is very professional and treats us like family.
My technician, Avi! He asks how things are going first thing. Twice, I had an issue with a particular pest. The first time he told me what the cause was, and I was able to fix it. The second time he evidently adjusted the product he put on the house. Problem solved again.
Additionally, he has notified me of 2 issues outside my house. First, a standing large pool of water. My neighbor flooding my back yard! Secondly, he notified me of a a hole in my roof eave eave with access to my attic, filled with a birds nest. I had a handyman previously fix several of these, but he missed this one.
He is also very nice, knowledgeable and professional! He’s a keeper.

The customer service people in the office are very friendly and accomodating. Also, the people who work in the field keep us informed and reach out before they show up, as well as when they have completed the work. Any information we need to know, even if we've heard it before, is reiterated to us - like pertaining to our dogs or other outdoor animals. That's appreciated, especially if someone else is at home and we forget to remind them.
