Only concern was a referral we submitted twice for a relative interested in signing up and they haven’t heard anything from this referral to schedule an appointment- it’s a couple of weeks now
You are usually quick to come out between scheduled services when I have carpenter bees or other bugs causing problems. Everyone is always professional, and your technicians seem to care about their work. Your office staff responds quickly every year when I ask for a recap of my service costs for the year (for taxes). We don't have a lot of bugs to deal with; you must be doing something right.
