Servicemen introduced himself, explained the treatment procedure, length of time to apply chemical and asked what pest problems I'm having. Were there any sensitive areas. Less than an hour he was finished.

Tammy is the best pest control person I’ve ever had. Everyone else said they couldn’t do anything about the spiders in the house and on her first visit she said she’d take care of them and I haven’t seen one since. Would highly recommend to anyone. She’s very professional and makes me feel at ease about all my pest control problems.

Like. - The tech who comes to replace the rat bait/check for rat sign and do the outside pest barrier spray/brush usually lets me know when she is coming. I appreciate that.
The people who do the lawn spray and the shrub spray do not.
The Arrow employee is very professional. Polite and efficient. I receive text messages when Arrow will be arriving at my house.
