I like the fact that I usually get a call from the local Arrow Exterminators office letting me know it is time for a pest control or termite control service, and asking what would be a good time for the technician to arrive. I always get a call from the technician on the date and at least 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time. Although there have has been a large turnover in technicians over the years, I can offer nothing buy highest accolades for the courtesy, manner and attention to detail of services provided.
