I don't LIKE anything about termite/pest protection. Wrong question to be asking. But Arrow is good to work with and a good experience, for a pest control company.

I've had Hughes for 6 years and I continue to have Hughes because I like your services. Although the price keeps going up, and that gets frustrating, I like not having bugs and I like to keep the same serviceman coming back. Jakari has been great! I've had 2 different people twice, and they didn't do nearly the greatest job, I noticed they didn't treat the normal places that Jakari does. I am glad to have him back. He always asks me how things are going, and I don't typically have any problems. If it's raining while he is here, he tells me he will come back to get the outside so it doesn't wash off. I am happy to have Hughes and Jakari.

EVERYONE is knowledgeable, efficient, and above all, friendly and kind. From the office to the technicians for 13 years I have not a single complaint. They listen to what my current bug problem is on each visit. They tell me about the products being used and how they work. They are always mindful of pets and grandchildren. They have searched for the source of bugs and remedied, not just treat what can be seen. Inside and outside, bugs and termites, billing and appointments...highly recommend!
