The staff are very accommodating. One pest infestation was difficult to control. The technician came three times over three or four weeks to resolve the issue. Recently, with a smaller infestation, the technician was immediately knew what steps to take.
I have had to deal with the office staff several times and they have been very pleasant.
I do not like having to pay for the termite inspection prior to the appointment.
I just adore Clarissa and she takes very good care of my house. I have no Bugs.
