I find the office staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My experience with the actual exterminator has varied from fabulous to just OK. I rate the “just ok guys” based on their commitment to the job. In all cases the company has met our expectations on the service that they provide. The last scheduled visit was with a new “bug guy and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, excellent, lasted and listened to our issues……and then addressed them. Used a new product that was very effective. He explained the benefits of the product, carefully took down spider webs, took his time and had pride in the job.

I've been a customer of ARROW Exterminator for several years. They provide excellent pest control service for my two properties . They also do my lawn service. I'm very pleased with all the services they provide. The administrative staff and the technicians are kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Whenever I have problems with bugs, ants, yard weeds, I call the office and the technician call me that day to schedule an appointment. The issue is addressed within a couple of days!! Excellent customer service!
