I like the techs that I have had, both past & present. Very thorough and explains if he found anything and things I can do to improve any problems he has found. So far all has been just fine. That is primarily because of what the tech has done.
The flexible time frame which allows me to take my time getting home, plus the Saturday appointments are convenient as well. Avalino arrives on time and he is always so pleasant. He is always patient with me while I go on about my insect stories. He also manages to keep me bug free. Your staff that answers the phone is very pleasant as well and always work with me on a convenient time to make an appointment.
